Founded by David Comp in 2004, International Higher Education Consulting is an informative services company that serves a wide range of clients — from higher education institutions, law firms, government agencies, journalists, international education organizations and committees, research teams and to individual researchers. I specialize in campus internationalization and organizational advancement efforts, study abroad program evaluation, international education outcomes assessment and research, international student service operations, international scholarship/fellowship competitions, diversity issues and undergraduate student housing and residential life.
I’m also available for speaking engagements. Additionally, I assist with grant applications, academic copy editing and literature reviews for research and other projects.
